# Account Activity

> Review page visits, changes, submissions, and account actions

**Account Activity** provides an audit-style history of actions recorded in the workspace. Availability depends on your plan, role, and permissions.

Open **Settings & Billing → Account Activity**.

## Find an event

Search with **Search events, actions, paths...**, then narrow results by category, event type, status, and date range, then select **Refresh** to load the latest activity. Use **Filters** with count badge and **Clear / Reset Filters** to start over.

Categories include Account, AI Agents, Campaigns, Contacts, Sales Team, Integrations, Billing, Workspace, Dashboard, Notifications, Support, Knowledge Base, and Other. Event types map to readable actions:

* page visits (`PAGE_VIEW`);
* button and interface clicks (`UI_CLICK`);
* field modifications (`UI_CHANGE`);
* form submissions (`UI_SUBMIT`);
* sign-outs (`SIGN_OUT`);
* API actions (`API_REQUEST`); and
* other workspace actions.

Status filter offers All Statuses plus Success, Failed, and Recorded.

## Read activity details

| Field | What it helps identify |
| - | - |
| Event & Description | Description plus path and HTTP code badge where applicable |
| Category | Violet pill such as Campaigns or Billing |
| Action Code | Machine code in monospace |
| Actor | Avatar plus member name and email, or Unknown Member |
| IP & Client | IP address plus browser and device |
| Status | Success (green), Failed (red), or Recorded (grey) |
| Date & Time | Relative time (Just now, minutes, hours, days ago) plus absolute DD MMM YYYY, hh:mm A; sortable newest / oldest |

Table paging supports **Rows per page 10 / 15 / 25 / 50**. Empty states show **No matching activity records** or **No account activity yet** with **Try Again** on errors.

## Investigate a change

1. Choose a date range around the reported issue.
2. Search for the affected page, member, or action.
3. Compare field changes and submissions near that time.
4. Confirm the actor, device, and status.
5. Check the related agent, campaign, or workspace item for its current state.

Activity history provides context but may not include the full contents of a change. Use it together with the current item and relevant call or campaign records.

## Typical investigations

* **Who changed the agent?** Filter AI Agents + field modifications around the date callers noticed a behavior shift; compare the actor with the expected owner.
* **Why did the campaign launch early?** Filter Campaigns + form submissions for schedule edits and reschedule confirmations.
* **Is this access legitimate?** Filter Workspace + sign-outs and page visits for unfamiliar members, new devices, or odd hours, then confirm with the member before revoking.

<Note>Access to activity data should be limited to authorized members because it can reveal how people use the workspace.</Note>
