Update your profile

You can edit your display name and upload a profile photo. Supported photo formats include JPG, PNG, and WebP with a maximum size of 2 MB. Crop and preview the image before saving it.
  1. Select the edit control beside your name or profile image.
  2. Enter the updated name or choose an image.
  3. Adjust the crop and zoom when changing the image.
  4. Preview the result and save.
If an image is rejected, confirm its format and choose a smaller file. A square image with the subject centered usually produces the clearest avatar. Your email address is shown with its verification status. Email and organization fields may be read-only because they identify your account and workspace membership.

Workspace and organization

The profile page shows the organization associated with the active workspace. You can copy the organization identifier when support asks for it. Check the active workspace before using or sharing an organization identifier. The same user may belong to more than one workspace. The organization identifier is useful when support needs to distinguish between workspaces with similar names. Copy it from the profile page instead of typing it manually.

Password and security

Use the password section to begin a password change when available. Passwords must be 8–25 characters with uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character. Choose a unique password and do not reuse a password from another service. If you cannot sign in, use Forgot Password from the sign-in page to receive a reset link; the confirmation closes automatically and redirects to login after update. If you used Google sign-in, follow your organization’s Google account process.

Profile checklist

  • Use a recognizable name so team activity is attributable.
  • Keep the registered email account accessible.
  • Review unfamiliar workspace membership with an administrator.
  • Sign out from shared devices after use.
  • Report unexpected account activity promptly.

When details change roles

A new joiner should verify name spelling, a clear face-forward photo, and the correct active workspace on day one - activity under the wrong workspace pollutes audit trails. On role change, update the display name if it encoded the old role and re-confirm workspace membership. On exit, the administrator removes the member and reassigns owned agents and campaigns before the last day; the profile itself needs no cleanup beyond sign-out from all devices.
