Compare plans
Review the features that affect your actual workflow rather than selecting a plan only by total credits. Plan IDs in the product are Basic (1), Silver (2), Gold (3), and Platinum (4); Basic behaves as pay-as-you-go with the message You’re on pay-as-you-go. Choose a plan for lower rates and higher limits.
Paid plans show Active badge with View plans linking to subscription details. Displayed estimates are planning guides. Actual credit use depends on call duration, selected services, and enabled features.
How the subscription lifecycle works
- New workspaces start on Basic with 100 credits and a 30-day window - there is no separate free trial.
- When the window ends without renewal, the plan flips to Expired and the available balance resets to zero. Workspace access requires an active, unexpired subscription.
- Upgrading from Basic to a paid plan applies immediately with a fresh 30-day window.
- Changing between paid plans takes effect at the current expiry date: the current plan stays active until then, and a downgrade shows Downgrade request saved. Your current plan remains active until expiry.
- Top-ups add purchased credits inside the current cycle (₹1 = 1 credit in the purchase dialog).
Renewal and low-credit reminders
The dashboard warns automatically: subscription reminders arrive 15, 10, 6, 3, 2, and 1 days before expiry, on expiry day, and for several days after, each linking to Subscription & Plans to renew. An Expiry Alert dialog may also redirect you to the plans page. Low-credit reminders trigger at 50% and 100% consumption. Treat every reminder as actionable - expired workspaces stop calling until renewed.Plan for capacity
Estimate the number of callers or campaign contacts, average call duration, and peak simultaneous calls. Include a reserve for testing, retries, and unexpected demand. Review the Credit Usage trend after launch and adjust the plan from real activity. If a feature page shows a plan restriction, compare the required capability with the current plan before changing product configuration.Add credits
Use Add credits to your current plan or Add Credits from Billing and Credit Usage when the workspace needs additional capacity without an immediate plan change. Review the amount and payment summary before confirming. After payment, check the credit balance and payment status. If the balance does not update, refresh the page and review payment history before trying again. Payment history shows No. | Plan Name | Receipt Number | Amount (₹) | Status (Success / Paid, Pending, Failed) | Actions (Download PDF invoice) with sorting and paging. Amounts are stored in paise and displayed in rupees with Indian formatting. Use the receipt number and invoice PDF for reconciliation. Consider Auto Top-Up Settings to keep agents running: toggle Enable Auto Top-Up, choose When balance falls below from 50, 100, 250, or 500 credits, and Recharge amount from ₹500, ₹1,000, ₹2,500, ₹5,000, or ₹10,000. Every auto top-up sends an email notification with tax invoice. These preferences are saved in the current browser, so review them on each device used for billing. Do not repeat a payment while the status is still processing. Save the displayed payment reference if you need to report a problem.Maintain billing details
Open the Billing details tab to review the organization information used for billing. The empty state shows No billing details yet with Add billing details to start buying credits, receiving automated GST invoices, and managing your enterprise tax profiles. Populated view groups Tax & Registration (Legal Name, GSTIN, PAN), Billing Contacts (Contact Person, Billing Email, Phone), and Invoicing & Registered Address (Street, Postal Code, City, State, Country). The add/edit form requires legal / company name, billing email, 10-digit mobile starting 6–9, street address, country (India only in current UI), and postal code / PIN. GSTIN is optional but validated as 15 characters (for example27AAAAA0000A1Z5) and PAN / Tax ID up to 10 characters uppercase when provided. Success shows Billing details updated successfully. Keep the legal name, address, tax details, and contact information current before the next purchase or invoice.
The Payment history tab shows completed and recent payment records. Use it to confirm amounts and locate records needed for reconciliation.
Before changing a plan
- Review agent, member, number, and campaign limits currently in use.
- Confirm whether the change affects active calling or team access.
- Inform workspace owners about the effective date.
- Check the new credit balance and feature access after completion.
- Keep the payment or change confirmation for your records.
Reconcile a payment dispute
When finance questions a charge, collect in order: receipt number from Payment history, invoice PDF download, amount in paise vs displayed rupees, payment status at the time, and the credit-balance movement in Credit Usage for the same date. Most mismatches resolve here - paise/rupee confusion, a Pending payment later succeeding, or credits consumed by an overnight campaign. Only then file a report with all five items attached; reports without the receipt number go to the back of the queue.Refund terms live in the public Refund & Cancellation Policy
(
