The Sales Team area helps managers review team performance, organize members, and assign customer calls. Access depends on the workspace plan and permissions.

Use Team Overview

Open Sales Team → Team Overview to review call trends, calls by member, and outcome distribution. The page shows a date-range picker, summary cards, charts for assigned vs completed calls by member, workspace call outcomes, calls in the last 7 days, and a Top Performers table with View Team Members. Use the same date range when comparing people or periods. Dashboard totals help identify where to investigate. Open the related member or customer record before drawing conclusions about conversation quality.

Manage team members

Open Sales Team → Team Members to view salespeople and their assigned customer calls. Search by member name or role and adjust the date range. Select a member to open performance and assignment details. Member detail offers outcome tabs All | Qualified | Callback | No Outcome | Pending and an Assign Customers action. Customer detail shows contact summary, direction, duration, outcome, recorded-on time, call transcript with Play / Pause recording and speaker detection, AI summary (outcome, summary, requirements, objections, key points, follow-up, next action, languages), and call timeline (started / ended). A contact with no calls shows This contact has not been called yet.

Assign calls

  1. Open the member detail and select Assign Customers to open the assignment modal.
  2. Select the salesperson who should receive the work.
  3. Add numbers manually (for example +91 98765... with Add) or upload a CSV, XLS, or XLSX customer file.
  4. Review the assignment summary with numbers added and selected counts.
  5. Confirm and monitor the resulting activity in Team Overview and Member Detail.
Assign only the calls a member can reasonably handle. If ownership changes, update the assignment before follow-up so history and performance remain attributable to the correct person.

Review performance fairly

Compare outcomes together with contact quality, call volume, and assigned workload. Listen to representative calls when a result changes unexpectedly. One unusually long or short call should not determine the assessment of a member. Hold a short weekly review per member: assigned vs completed vs qualified counts, conversion rate trend, total talk time, and two sampled recordings (one strong, one weak). Praise specific behaviors from the strong call and agree one fix from the weak call - for example confirming the callback window before closing. Track the agreed fix the following week; coaching without follow-up is just commentary.
The Valuez mobile app download can appear in the Sales Team navigation when it is enabled for your workspace. If you are a salesperson using the phone app (not the computer dashboard), please switch to the Sarvani Sales App tab: start with Welcome to Sarvani Sales App for Dashboard, Dial, Call Logs, Stages and Quotation in simple language.
